Notification pulldown on Lockscreen

Does anyone know of a way to enable the notification pulldown on the lockscren? I'd like to be able to view my notifications without having to unlock my phone first.

I know on the D1, it's built into roms, not sure about the D1. You could try widgetsoid from the market.
