Notification Bar Color

I have done some searching but to no avail. Does anyone know how to change notification bar color or icons without using a custom rom. I am rooted stock .902. Thank You!

There is an app in the market called Super Status Bar by FireZenk...it will change the color and provide you an alternate look - not sure that is what you are looking for.

I would like to use metamorph but i am not sure how to deodex or what this even means.

Before you change anything, it would be a very good idea to make a backup of your ROM.

I used Ninjamorph (free) and changed the framework. It's a bit of work, but turns out nice. Definitely make a B/U!
