Not ringing

A friend's Turbo is not ringing for incoming calls....help me out guys....

Please contact your friend and have them call another friend to see if their friends phone rings. Only then can we determine who your friend truly is. [emoji3]
All kidding aside, what have they tried so far? Reboot? Double check volume levels? Try cycling airplane mode. Make sure Bluetooth is disabled.

It was still in in Global network setting......I changed it to LTE and rebooted....seems to work for now...

Sounds like it was the wrong network so the radio wouldn't work. Answer, both.

Just to be clear... The Turbo will ring when in the Global Mode, mine came set in Global and "Deny data roaming access selected" and using it in and out of 4G & 3G I have never had a problem with it not ringing. ( maybe I have and didn't hear it !! LOL ) I think what you are saying is " most likely the radio got stuck somewhere "
