I have a moto droid and have no issues, but my mom has a Droid Eris and is having trouble. She can not receive pics that are sent to her in messages. She has handcent sms on her phone and I have walked her through the steps that I have seen on here to auto retrieve messages and still no luck. I was just wondering if anyone on here has had this issue and can give me instructions on how to correct it for my mom. We are states apart and its a convenient way for me see my sisters kid and my mom to get current pics of me and is some what important to the family. Thank you in advance for all your help.
