Not receiving any texts

I have had a lot of problems with people saying they have texted me but I'm not getting them. They are getting mine though. Any thoughts?

Are you roootee running custom Tom if so is it Frito gingerbread ...are you using stick messaging or are you using go sns handcent? ??

My Thunderbolt just started doing the same thing....Not Rooted...Stock messaging and GO SMS Pro (niether are receiving text messages) Everyone is receiving mine, but I'm getting none.

I ended up going to Verizon store and they called service support. They had to "flip a switch that was stuck"????? Whatever that means, now my texts are working fine.
