not all contacts come up when adding sender on sms

Hi when I go to add a conatct in the TO field not all or non of my contacts come up. I know I'm spelling the names as they are just not sure what's wrong. Not sure if a setting or if a bug in 2.0. I would love if anyone has and ideas or tell me what I'm doin wrong.

Make sure that the type of the contact is mobile. Home and work wont show up. At least this is what i noticed
