No PKU code??!

Alright, so I got out of my car this morning and looked at my phone and it said "No PKU Code. Please contact customer service." when I unlocked it I had no service... just a paperweight of a thunderbolt. It's resetting right now, so hopefully that fixes this issue. But from what I read the PKU code is for the SIM card... and I've had my Thunderbolt successfully working (unrooted) since release date.

If that doesn't work, can try pulling/replacing the SIM card to just make sure it has a good connection.
