Newest JRummy Roms

In ROM Manager I see Froyo57 and Froyo Kanagerade Test5.

I've seen other JRummy Roms floating around like:
Froyo_Kangerade-V1.0
Froyo_Shiz-V1.0
The_Shiz-V1.1

What's the difference between these roms?

The Shiz is a themed ROM built from source 2.1 update1
Remix is a themed ROM built off Cyanogens latest MOD
Kangerade is built off the latest Froyo or 2.2 release
