Hi! I'm Jennifer. I currently have a razr m with Verizon Wireless. I have had all varieties of Motorola Droids - Droid, Droid X, Razr, Razr M.....

I'm here because I can't get a decent answer out of Verizon Tech Support and when I ask them too many questions, the answer is always the same - "Have you tried a hard reset?" Well of course not. There have to be answers to the problems I'm having that do not involve a factory reset. So here I am.

I'm an attorney, married with a 5 y/o daughter and 2 stepsons 16 & 18. Always something fun at our house!
