Mollymalone2654 here. Just bought a Samsung Galaxy S Fascinate about a three weeks ago and am learning about it by trial and error. Seems the manual that came with it doesn't really tell you much.

Welcome Molly. Yes, Android phones don't come with a good manual, but they are pretty intuitive. Give it a little while and you will have it down well.
