Hey,

this sounds like a hardware bug. Please try to return
the phone to your provider! There are some issues
a new 1st gen. phone can have, so maybe with another
one youll be just fine

well its fine now. i went to take it back, but the local store could not replace it since i didnt buy it from there. i called my girl friend and there was no echo.... it turns out it must of been a bad connection on either my dads droid or mine. so all is good for now... :icon_ banana::icon_ banana:
