( New to the forms) How to uninstall factory apps

Also wanted to ask why can't I charge my phone with the power off.. I'm a wizz at computers just havent been able to figure these phones out yet

The only way (that I know of) to delete the apps is to root your phone. And I'm pretty sure you can't charge it without it turning on...it says in the user manual that the phone automatically turns on when plugged in.

my GFs phone is rooted, is there an app to get rid of the factory apps? She hates em and i do to and its not even my phone...

Ti is the best way. And it's also one of the best apps to have on a rooted phone period. Allows you to uninstall nearly anything and more importantly allows you to backup and restore apps and settings (including 'rolling back' apps after a poor/bad market update ect.). Highly worth the purchase price.

And no, you can't charge your phone while it's off because the phones run software during charging to from damaging the batteries. It's new to a lot of people but is pretty common on any newer device with Li-Io batteries (most digital readers ect. all power on when plugged in). Only alternative would be to get a spare and charger for it (combo dock station for example).
