New To Site Just got phone

Hello All,

I am just getting to know my new phone but I am having some trouble. I can't seem to get my computer to recognise the phone. USB Composte Device - Ready to use, USB Mass Storage Device - Ready to use, Motorola A855 USB Device - Ready to use, but Motorola A855 - Software not found. My PC asked me to insert the disc that came with the device but nothing did. I am not sure how to fix this issue.

What kid of O.S. is on your computer? Do you ever hit Menu/Notifications and select to Mount Droid?

Welcome to the forum, Tbone9191! While connected via USB, did you pull down the status bar on the Droid and select 'Mount'? What operating system are you using?

I have Vista and I have "mounted" the droid with the top bar on the phone.
