We all were in your shoes at one time or another so no worries.

Spend a good week here and I will guarantee you that with the huge data base of info here and the great members you will be able to walk into any Verizon store and assist customers with questions/issues with the Motorola Droid.

I've seen people like yourself come in here and a week later they are helping others : )
