New to flashing ROM and looking to find compatible ROM's for my RAZR on ICS....

I have Black Widow on my phone after being unsuccessful flashing Eclipse onto my RAZR. I'm trying to see what other ROM options I have compatible with my RAZR or how I might find a working version of Eclipse. Also any other tips anyone might have to help me along me path.
