Ok, so I am new to the Droid X and I want to make sure I am making a backup right as well as which ROM is best for someone who doesn't care if blur is removed or not.
As far as the back up I mountedd the system and did a backup after I rooted. Is that the correct way? I want to make sure I can flash back to stock if I have to. That was the process I followed on my D2.
As far as ROMs, I was using squidlys build on my D2 and was running at about 2300 on quadrent. Right now stock rom oc'd to 1.3ghz I am sitting well under 2k. I want the cpu to run better, so any rom that helps me accomplish this would be great.
