New to droid - questions about multiple emails & locking phone.

I just got droid in less than a week. I find this forum very helpful, however, I still have a few questions.

1. Please advise a good app to lock my phone using numeric code. I'd also like to lock certain applications with password. I showed my friends my new phone and they were just scrolling/playing with it...but it was just way too much information for them to see.

2. How do I set up multiple non-gmail email accounts? I just set up my yahoo (using email icon). Whenever, I select 'email' icon, it brings me right to my yahoo inbox. I went to account settings under 'email' and there's no option to add more email.

3. Is there a way to manually sign in to facebook and email? My fear is that if I were to lost my phone, anyone can just go into my personal information.

if i were u i would just use the gesture lock that is built in. And then use gmail app if u dont have gmail open an account then on website set all other email accounts to be forwarded to ur gmail account. Works the best and gmail app is way better then the standard email app.

You anti-pattern-lock people do realize you can go over the 4-dot minimum, right? This can potentially make it more secure than a 4-number password.

Actually, I didn't know that..lol. Thanks for the info, I just changed the pattern to lock my phone.

lock/secure SOME media

reminds me....i have some media- pictures, that i wish i could secure.
like the original post said...just because i let someone "look through" my phone, doesn't mean i want them looking at EVERYTHING!

..how about a way to lock the gallery, only? or... store "some" media elsewhere that can be locked? :icon_ devil:
