New phone, some apps do not appear in market

Yesterday i was issued a replacement phone by verizon. The in store tech installed the latest 2.01 update. When I logged into the market with my standard gmail account, most of my purchased apps appeared in the downloads section. But, 3 did not. One of those, Midomi, does not even appear in my searches. There are other apps that do not appear in my market searches, including autostarts

The purchased apps not appearing in downloads section of market happened before I even left the store, but after I already entered my gmail account info. Point being, before I could even tweak my phone, the problem was showing up.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

The only time I saw something like this was with Chomp SMS (at least it was the only one I noticed). The app was not listed as 2.0 ready, so it showed up on my G1, but not my Droid in the Marketplace.

But as of right now (10:47 am EST), Midomi which you mentioned shows up on both my G1 AND my Droid.
