I am a Droid X user and convinced my wife to use one too. Now she can't live without it.
We were formerly with Alltel and using a Blackberry Curves. Today we almost went back to the BBs (still in 30 days) over a billing dispute but our local VZW store manager corrected it for us. I'm glad too as we really didn't want to go back to the Curves.
Word of warning, delete NFS from your phone if you let your kids play with it. Apparently it only requires a single click through to add $10 (or $20 in my case) to your bill. No CC required!
Otherwise, we love the X!
