I have had the droid for awhile now and have been experimenting with apps ad such since the beginning. I have found this forum and it seems to be the best I have found yet. So thanks fellas and any ladies...

I was an LG user and now have the Droid and plan on sticking with it. I have had to have it replaced once because of the touch screen not responding but other than that its all good, except occasional force closes and waits. I am still messing with free apps. and experimenting. It is a great phone, in my opinion the most sophisticated in a way but very simple to use and get used to. I am a mac user and getting used to both systems was kind of the same experience. But I have four yrs of tech support training for apple software up until the beginning of leopard, but not so knowledgeable on the DROID.

You know when they start putting bill boards up it must be doing pretty good, the Droid that is, and a lot of verizon reps say that they have it and all love it of course they say that, but I believe them this tie about this device. Im just a 30 year old with a lot of time on his hands and a phone that has amazing capabilities!!

I am having problems with 91PandaHome Themes, hence my posting. Hopefully someone has experienced the same thing and can tell me if I am doing something wrong or if it is just bugs that need fixed. Im up to date so that shouldn't be a thing. I just don't know why it switches from theme to theme and then doesn't populate the apps. I did notices while switching and messing with them the phone tends to heat up near the sim card area on the back.

Welcome, mattlc78! You'll find this to be a very friendly place full of great people and information! Just follow the links in my signature and you’ll get some really good tips that may take the edge off the learning curve for that Droid. Personally, I've never tried Panda, but someone is bound to come along who knows something about it. Hope you enjoy your time here!
