Got my Verizon/motorola/google droid the day it came out. Been pretty happy so far (love the screen) but taking it back today as it continually crashes (reboots). I thought I could live with it but, it happened twice this morning between 7 and 8am. I google this and was lead to try #228 which seemed to help with the heat issue but it still crashes.

I will post more when I have a happier phone.

I think you should bring back your phone to VZW, cuz what u describe is not sounding like "regular behaviour". maybe its hardware or something.

I did take it back to the VZW store. They didnt even bother with diagnostics, they just replaced it. Total time in the store, about 20 minutes. That's great service.

I have been using the new phone for about two hours and not one problem. Someone did have an interesting thought on another thread though. It may be that not all android apps are yet designed for 2.0. This may be causing some issues. Anyone know how to tell if an app is designed for 2.0 vs. 1.x?
