Had the same exact problem u did blackholeslam .. tried every clear cache. Force stop thing I could .. I know u don't want to but you're gonna have to wipe and reinstall. . Sorry man

Yeah same thing happened to me .. removed the new vending.apk and reinstalled the old one back and I got FCes when I tried to use it .. especially when I tried to go into the drownloads section. . Did u make a backup?
