New Market web store

ahh so the new market web store wont let me download anything? When i try to install something it says that my google account isnt linked to my device. but on the web store, the apps that are installed on my device listed as "installed".. i am running fission 2.4.3 could this be a problem?

My market account on the website (under settings) showed multiple devices listed, because I have used market on different ROMs. One showed as registered just a few days ago, which is when I switched back to my stock ROM. So make sure it's the right one that is selected, and hide the other devices.

noo, like my devices dont even show up. but when i go to an application i have installed on my phone on the webstore, it says installed... so my phone is connected somehow, but its listing on the website as connected
