New HTC smartphone hits FCC with Verizon bands and a WiMax antenna

Today a new smartphone hit the FCC with Verizon's CDMA bands and a "WiMax" antenna on it. And if you follow the link you'll see a lot of reports are listed as "revised". In "RF Report TNE revised" if you scroll down to the revision history, you'll see it was first done in September and then on Nov 10, it was revised to add a WiMax antenna.

Maybe I misunderstood the terminology, but I thought Sprint was using WiMax and Verizon was using LTE. And I checked the CDMA bands which match other Verizon phones but don't match the Evo's bands. Is this a possible sighting for the DInc HD or is it for another phone?

And just to add to the intrigue, this new phone is model number PG06100 and the Evo is PC36100. Possibly a stretch, but does anyone have any info on how HTC does their model numbers?
