New Droid Owner questions about Contcts on S3

After years of having a blackberry, I jumped over and got a Galaxy S3.

When I first got the phone it synced my contacts using backup assistant and all was fine. I have about 2,700 contacts.

I add contacts to my P.C. almost daily and I need to sync with my phone.

I have been using Kies, and for the most part it works well HOWEVER, I having having trouble with the way it displays the address.

On the phone it wants to add the line United Staes of America to each contact. ALL of my contacts are in the states, so is there a way for me to take that line out?

Here is how a contact looks on the phone after the sync

United States of America,
44087
Oh Twinsburg 2990 Hoadley
Lane

Here is the way it looks in Outlook
2990 Hoadley lane
Twinsburg, Oh 44087

I know the contacts that were synced when I first got the phone came up like this

4185 Eastway Rd
South Euclid
Oh
44121, United States of
America

The phone can deal with the address the way it is becasue if I tell it to map an address it shows me correctly, it is just hard for me to read in a format like this

United States of America,
44087
Oh Twinsburg 2990 Hoadley
Lane

Here are my questions:
Can I get rid of the line UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in all contacts?

How can I at least get it to read in a better order?

Thanks

Art

Hi Art, welcome to the board.

I'm not familiar with the S3, but is there any display options in your settings?

might also want to take down those addresses...
