Intel has had a hard time competing with Qualcomm when it comes to chipsets in mobile devices. Of course, that isn't going to stop "Chipzilla" from trying, and their latest offering just showed up in a 7-inch tablet as it stopped by the FCC offices for its certification testing.

The tablet in question will include the Intel 64-bit Moorefield processor called the Atom Z3560. It's a quad-core processor running at up to 1.8GHz. It also will sport the following specs:
  • IPS LCD with a resolution of 1200 by 1920 pixels
  • 5MP camera on the back and a smaller one on the front
  • The usual smattering of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS
  • 16 or 32 gigabytes storage space
Several questions remain. First, will this be an Android tablet? Also, if it is, will it be a new MeMo or will we see another Asus made Nexus 7 (perhaps called the 2014 Edition)?

What do you think it is?
