Hi Guys,
I'm new to the forum and hope that this forum is the correct place for this thread. Sorry if it is not.
I have Droid X phones with poor cell phone coverage at home. I purchased the Network Extender. I was able to have it operate properly without a GPS antenna. I dial #48 and get the right network coverage signal. I can place the phone within 15ft of the NE and it will be recognized. My problem is that for some reason my phones (both do the same thins) will fall out of NE coverage. I know this because I no longer get the tones when I dial and my signal seems weaker. But then I can dial #48 and I get the coverage back again. My GPS signal is weak. If the extender looses GPS, will it behave in this way?
Anyone have this problem? Any ideas would be helpful. Overall I am happy with the NE when it is operating correctly.
thanks,
jim
