Need some help please!

I am having some difficulties physically with my memory right now (as I recently had a few minor strokes), & would like some help please.
I need to know how to transfer files from internal to sd card.
What's the easiest way to transfer files from the phone to the computer (either usb or wireless)?
I will ask more questions as I remember them.

For phone to phone(internal to external sd) search for "File Explorer" in the Play Store. Astro is a popular choice: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.metago.astro

For phone to computer, usb is always good. But, if you have WiFi, AirDroid is also good because you don't need the usb: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sand.airdroid
