Need Mapping with Comments App

I am traveling to various businesses to try to sell a service. I would like an app. where I can mark a map of where I've been and insert notes and program reminders. Anyone know of one?

The only thing I can think of is something like Evernote or an app where you would take a snapshot of a map and store that with notes in a specific notes app.
