I need help with EVERYTHING I have no idea what I am doing and I need a step by step on how to Root my Droid 2. its really stressing me out cause I have no idea what I am doing.

please help me out, im really begging, all I need is step by stop.

p.s. I own a Mac.

Yeah it's real difficult to do on a Mac. I suggest you go to XDA Developers and download z4Root. This will allow you to root your D2 with one touch to the program. It will also bring you back to stock in case another update comes our way

BTW you will have to sign up for an account at XDA to do this, it's one of the reason's I don't usually recommend them but right now that's the only way I know of to get z4Root.
