need help with this

I have a cadillac escalade and i want to get a mini hdmi cable to plug into the driod-x to RCA input in car will i get video like i did with my i phone going through the stock dvd...pic and sound??? i don't see why not and where do i get the cable

You will need Hardware not just a cable to go from HDMI to RCA IIRC....

do you know what hardware??? i didn't need any with the iphone just adapter to rca cable
