need help with my droid incredible

Hello , I got a incredible, and I'm not able too use my mobile internet, I've tried to take out the battery and putting it back in but still won't turn on, anyone got any suggestions on how I can get it working?

Could you explain a little more as to what it is doing? What happens when you hit the internet tab. Are there any errors or anything like that? Need a little more to go on to try seeing if we can grt you going.

When I go to settings and than wireless and network than hit the mobile network, it stays on turning on , and doesn't connect
