Need help: touch screen not working and need to get through pattern lock

Someone please help me. I have a Droid Razr. Half my touchscreen won't respond, so the top row of the pattern lock is inaccessible. I need the top row to work in order to unlock my phone.

If I could turn on the Bluetooth, I could pair the smart controller i just bought and connect the phone to the tv with a hdmi cord and use the smart controller to unlock the phone.

Is it possible to turn on the phone's Bluetooth remotely? Does anyone have ANY ideas please?

Or can I connect the phone somehow so that another device lets me access the screen...?
