Begginner at posting on forums.

Samsung Captivate droid. using Road Runner, tampa, florida. I can send email, not receiving incoming. At one time I had receive inbound. I have spent a minimum of 5 hours on this problem with ATT,Samsung, and Road Runner, each and ever tech person has different story. Tried changed the stmp port 587, get connection error.
Anyone out there that can help?
