Mystery download that won't stop or cancel

I was downloading a song from a website, and a .pdf file called Untitled that appears to be from an IP address is downloading, but the percentage stays at zero. I can't find a way to stop the download, tried restarting the phone with no luck. Any ideas?

Try just a reboot. Something like this happened for me too and it wouldn't let me cancel it even tho it wasn't doing anything. Try a reboot...
