My Tether is .9 dl .3ish upl...Why?

My laptop speed test was .9 download and .3ish upload. My tether tells me I have 2.3 down .5 upload, is this normal? Or am I missing something?

How many GB's of data have you used in your billing cycle so far? If you're over 5 GB's then Verizon may be throttling down your speeds. Unlimited isn't really unlimited, unfortunately.
