I was learning how to root and I was playing with a couple thing's and im stuck with smoking glass and all my memory is screwd I can't recover anything my market place app is gone It's bad and it's alway's going to the screen when you push on the arrow key's it say's it can't program it's self when i turn it on

Yea I even made a copy on to my computer but every time I try to restore It skip's the sd-ext and I'v done everything I could possibly think of to fix it but it didn't do anything
