My contacts won't save!!

I got the new Vortex this morning and she couldn't sync my old contacts because my old phone was completly dead. Now I am trying to save them and they say saved but they are not!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saved from where, to where exactly? How are you trying to accomplish this...
