My Android won't boot (Sutck at ANDROID animation)

Hey all!

Im new here, and recent to androids.

I bought some months ago a Vodafone vodafone huawei u8160, and i like it very much.
I rooted it 1 week ago and with the power of deleting stuff i begin deleting things i dont want to have in my phone.
I couldnt find the stock games demos... but i found the HUAWEI Launcher, and deleted it. It worked and the launcher that it became was very cool. I kept deleting stuff till one that put my phone without a main screen... worst than that i rebooted with hope to fix it, but it messed up things and now i cant see nothing, no main menu, no SIM Card Code entry.. nothing only the ANDROID animation that appears every boot...

I dont mind lose everything on the phone.
How can i reset it so it goes back to factory definitions and apps?

I got the USB...
