Music player malfunction

I hooked up my droid to my headunit in my truck to play some music, when i plugged it in, it automatically started playing a song. I went to click another song that i wanted and it would play about 2 seconds and then switch to the previous song it played and then randomly pick them after a couple seconds. i noticed party shuffle was on so i turned it off and it keeps randomly turning back on.

i went to watch some videos on youtube on it, and hooked up my headphones and while im watching a video it automatically starts playing music in the middle of the video, its starting to really piss me off.
