Music from pc to droid using usb

Hey all. How do I transfer music to my droid phone. Usb is hooked up and the phone reads it but my computer won't show the phone is hooked up.

Pull down your notifications bar, it should say USB connected, click on that and it should bring up a screen to connect to your PC.
