Music and Ringtone Mixup

I asked this question before, How do I stop my ringtones from getting mixed up with my music. I was told to make a new folder called Media with sub folders Audio,Alarms,Notifications,ringtones. I put all my ringtones in ringtone folder and all music in music folder. Everything looks ok on the PC. I checked the cell it looks good there played with no problem. After a while I went back to the cell and everything was all mixed up again, something in the cell is changing this. Can anybody help me with this before i go nuts..:motdroidvert:

This happened to me after I installed the APP that you can use to change Music to Ringtones.

Or at least I noticed it after that APP was installed. Pretty sure it caused it.
