Multiple same apps

In my System Applications, I have 3 apps that seem to have four copies. Just wondering if this is normal, and/or if anyone else has the same thing. One is called "Filled", another is "Gestural Navigation Bar" and the third is "Rounded."

I'm thinking maybe from different gestures your nav bar or icons ... Are they system apps?
