Multicon not showing correct contact photo

I have a multicon widget with 4 contacts, 1 of the 4 contacts is showing the correct picture, 1 is showing the complete wrong picture, and the other two are not showing any picture at all. When I go into contacts the correct picture is there for all four contacts. Need help.

I am using the droid x.
