MS Exchange Calendar sync

I set up my droid to sync with my Outlook account via our Exchange server. E-mails and Contacts sync fine. The Calendar does not. What am I missing here?

First, are you sure you're looking at the right calendar. There are two on the Droid. Secondly, Are you using Google Apps? If not, how are you getting your Outlook contacts to sync with the Droid. I thought that once you imported them, you needed Google Apps to keep them synchronized between the Droid and your computer. Have you found another way? If so, please share.

Sync2 app works awesome.

I use sync2 app to sync outlook calendar and contacts with google. Program works in background without any lag. Great tool for all Droid users:icon_ banana:
