I think the problem is, that your title doesn't give much in the way of an explanation.

Are you saying a new app, Movie Studio downloaded with Jelly Bean, and you would like to know if anyone has used it, and if they like it?

I understood the op's question, but I had already noticed the new app that came in JB. I can understand too how if a reader hadn't seen the new app, the confusion in the question.

The app is for "making movies".
You can add clips already in your gallery, or add them on the fly. You can add transitions between clips, like fade out, then in, or slide from none to the other.
I have not tried yet, but I do believe you can add music to your movie also.
