Motorola Droid keeps freezing when i turn it on?

I have the motorola droid (the one way back from 2009) and for a few days it's been freezing whenever i restart it... But just now I took out the SD card and started it again and it didn't freeze. I have a lot of pictures on my SD card, can that be the reason it freezes or..? And i have the app "lookout" so i don't think i have any viruses because it hasn't told me I have any yet.

Did you try and unload your pics off your SD card or get a new SD card for it? Try that and see how it works if its still freezing you might try a factory data reset in settings/privacy you'll lose all your apps but its worth a shot
