motorola droid 4 xt894 unlock?

hello
i just bought a motorola droid 4 xt894 on ebay it is on the verizon network and running gingerbread,
i dont have a verizon sim, im in the uk
so i cant enter the settings a with foreign sim which is the three network
if i could update to ics i could use the 3 network sim yea?
how do you update to ics with out access to the settings
could some do a video of this please or info

You don't need to GSM unlock the Droid4, it is factory unlocked. Your best bet is to put the ICS .217 onto an SDCard and apply the update from there. Look at this thread for more details : ICS Leak 6.16.217 Update zip, boot.img and crc - Page 3 - xda-developers

i cant find any working download links for the Droid 4 Utility 4.0 or 3.0 for windows
do u know of any sound thanks

You don't need them, just grab the update file and place it on the sd card to update.

or gingerbread to ics to jellybean

dont think theres a update there or is there
i installed, Droid 4 ICS Tool Lite.zip

You need to install ICS first, then install safestrap 3.05 then install the JB
