Motorola ADB Interface Driver

When I plug in my Droid, my Windows machine is looking to install "Motorola ADB Interface" driver. Should I...and if so, where can this be found?

When i try to click the windows download link it doesnt work. Is there another link i can use or is that the only one? if there isnt can you send the files through a .zip file and e-mail it to me? If so, that would be fantastic! Thanks, Bye!
