Motorokr S9-HD vs. S305?

I got my s305 in transit, should be here monday out tuesday. I was at best buy just to see what they would look like in person but all they had was the S9's. S9'd looked good and actually almost bought then but didn't. anybody try them both and can you give a comparable review?

Do a search for S305, they are a motorola stereo headset. A behind the neck headset, bluetooth, over the ear design. They are part of the ROKR series.
